Wheels – right-side tires and tubes? Furthermore, the need of extra tape?
Hello, I just bought some new wheels, 2008 Mavic SL, and wondered Where can I find information on the tube on the right and the tires are preferred for these wheels. I wonder what options are out there and if it's worth the extra money to buy better tires. I just have a regular bike, road and climbing, and go fast – downs. Currently I have an Ultegra cassette, and wondered whether it was easy to transfer cassette into the wheel again or I buy a separate tape for ease when I switch between the two wheels. Jie – Changing a cassette is dead easy, only takes a few minutes and the necessary tools are not as expensive or (a valuable addition to a toolbox of fans!) see link: http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=48 I would advise you to get another tape (this is a good time to experiment, if you get a different set of relationships that have now!) 12.27-12.25 by hills – general duties 11/23 – Fast (but not for wimpy legs) use racexxxlite Bontrager tubes and tires Vredestein Fortezza Tricomp – but Charles has included two good tire options – The "Pro Race and 'GP4000'!
